Most likely there is a problem with the network adapter on the computer that
keeps losing connection. Check the logs on that computer via Event Viewer to
see if anything related is showing as an error or warning. The network
adapter may simply be configured to go into sleep mode after a period of
idle time and that can sometimes cause problems. Check the properties of the
network adapter for any such settings and if it is set to autodetect network
speed try setting it as whatever your network speed is. Next time it happens
see if you can ping the computer that has the printer by name and IP address
to see if either works or not which would help determine if there is basic
network connectivity or not. It may also help to see if there are any
updated drivers for the network adapter on that computer. If nothing seems
to help try replacing the network adapter. They are very cheap these days.
The links below on network troubleshooting may help.
