Please log in for more thread options Sorry, this is incorrect. SP2 will NOT upgrade a 2004 install to 2005.
The only way to go from 2004 to 2005 is to get the upgrade from the computer
manufacturer, or purchase MCE 2005 and do a clean install yourself.
Installation of SP2 on an MCE 2002 machine will upgrade it to MCE 2004.
