I am a current user of a PDA Dell Axim5 WM2003; If I got a Audiovox 5600
smartphone will I able to continue using my pocketword-excel-money
documents? other than the no-touch screen on the smartphones, is there other
significant difference that i must be aware of?
thanks
JC

Just in case: May I continue using the software that I already have in the
new Audiovox 5600??
Or should I get a huge and expensive pocketpc phone?

The Smartphone standard suite does not include Pocket Word or Excel. I don't
believe Money is available. Smartphone software is different from PPC
software, though there are many titles that are available for both. So yes,
you need to get a big expensive PPC phone.

Really, shortly there will be some reasonably sized PPCPE devices, though
current ones aren't much bigger than that X5 you are used to now. There are
always third party options for some of those Word, Excel requirements. You
will never get the input ease you enjoy on a PPC with a Smartphone.
Certainly you can get a keyboard, but they typically are as big as carrying
a PPC.

Check out MSs mobile pages to get a real comparison on the various options.
