Hi,

You will want to connect your device and verify that is it browsable in
Computer. Then open Windows Media Player and navigate to the Sync tab in the
toolbar. You should see your device listed. Drag items into the Sync List
to sync to your device.

Currently there is a bug on how Windows Media Player (WMP) uses Windows
Mobile Device Center to enumerate different USB devices. It is my
understanding that WMP will release a hotfix on Windows Update in the next
month or so. In the meantime, you can workaround this bug by manually
switching from RNDIS USB driver to the serial USB driver. Given the device
you have, you are likley using RNDIS USB right now.

Instructions for Windows Mobile 5:
1. Start
2. Settings
3. Connections tab
4. USB to PC
5. Uncheck ‘Enable advanced network functionality’

When the WMP hotfix is on Windows Update, I will provide a post.

Hope that helps!
Jane Ly
