Yes, first call the company or the store where you purchased the computer
and tell them you do not want a computer that doesn't work.
Not much other help until you tell some more info about your system (OS is
Home Premium?) and when this error occurs, when the pc starts, when try to
open the Media Center interface, when you try to use a MC feature like Live
TV, etc., etc.
