I went to Chris De Herrera's web site and got info on those two iPAQs:

They are both the same platform (Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC)
and use the same CPU (XScale), so software for one should run on the
other.
I assume the memory card is an SD Card, because that seems to be the
only kind a 4150 can read. The chart says the 2210 can read them, too,
so you should be fine.

The specs on the chart should help you decide.
