I have a iPAQ 4150 with PPC 2003 and outlook 2002. I am trying to sync with
my desktop with Outlook 2003. Strangely, ActiveSync does not download whole
day events to PPC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Are the all-day events marked as Free or Busy? Do you have category
filtering on in Calendar on the device? Note that all-day events that
are marked as Free will not show up on the Month view, as the time is
marked as Free and not Busy.
