Whois data for passportimages-int.org shows nothing to do with Microsoft. A
passport group isn't likely going to have a lot of information to help I
don't imagine? Unless, of course, I'm missing something?

hmmm that is curious as
http://www.whois.sc/passportimages-int.org
shows that the SSL certificate has 138 days left on it,
and that the name is owned by Verisign, a major cert
provider (as well as showing the contact email).
