i bought here in Netherlands a Motorola q9 with 6.0
it does t have standard a gps system
q9 from at&t have a gps system build inside
does anny one a gps system for windows CE wich is platform of mi q9
as software ?

You will need two things:
1. a Bluetooth GPS receiver
2. some Navigation software that supports Windows Mobile 6 STANDARD Edition
There are some of those, just go and ask at the closest reseller.

Formerly known as Windows Mobile Smartphone. Note the capital S in
"Smartphone". So Smartphone is not the same as the generic smartphone
(with lower-case s).
GPS software for Smartphone/Standard is not so easy to find, and
finding descriptions/specifications with clear indication is really
hard. The real issue is whether the software requires a
mouse/stylus/touchscreen.
Descriptions of TomTom 6 say it works on smartphones, but when you
check the list of supported devices, _all_ have touchscreens. I
finally got in touch with someone who said the software requires a
touchscreen.
Teletype definitely requires a mouse/stylus/touchscreen.
The compatible devices listed for Pharos are Pocket PCs or Pocket PC
phones, all of which have touchscreens.
I'm pretty sure CoPilot 7 will work without a
mouse/stylus/touchscreen, but the memory card it comes on must stay in
the device.
I think Mapopolis will work, but haven't tried it.

Please log in for more thread options I have the original Q and use a Holux M-1000 that I purchased on Amazon or
eBay for about $50. I use it with Google Maps and Microsoft Live Search
(both free). I have come to perfer Microsoft Live Search because the latest
Google Maps got really annoying when needing to move the map around the
screen. It jumps way to fast at times across the screen.
The MS Live search navigation is very good because as you are driving it
displays the milage to the 100th mile to the next turn and has that little
arrow that shows you which way you are traveling. It even beeps when you
get close to the next turn.
All I had to do to get the Holux to work with my Q was to download GPS2com
which sets up a comm port to a blue tooth connection so GM and MSLS can use
the GPS.
The Holux is tiny. About the size of one of those old tooth pick style
match boxes.
