I have seen it in eBay.com.

Where can I find specifications, reviews, etc...?

Is it already available? Motorola web page does not bring any info.

Any comparision between JASJAR and mpx300? Price, etc...? Which one is
better?

 The mpx300 or MPX as it is know was supposed to be released by Motorola to
the general public in q2 of '05 (I think). Moto dumped it due to many
glitches and poor European sales. We all have to wait for the MotoQ now....
