IMO, no. I went to ITT until I took the VB programming class. I had never
used, or even seen, VB until I took the class. Second week of class I
brought a project to the teacher that i was working on at home - he said
that I was writing things beyond his knowledge.

I learned NOTHING in 2 semesters, and wasted something like $10,000. (Plus,
their job placement program was crap, too).

If you don't mind travelling, Riverside Community College has some good
programs, too. They have a campus in Norco, and one in Riverside - about 35
miles from Fullerton.

Or, I can offer private tutoring, at least in some aspects (I'm in
Riverside, BTW) - if that fits what you're looking for.
