Where should ClientExec reside?

I just upgraded my reseller account, and the upgrade includes
ClientExec billing software. I am trying to decide where it should

I am about to go live with a local information site--call it info.com,
a database-driven site which could become quite large. I also have
another domain--call it zinfo.com. I was thinking that, to keep things
clean, I should have only news and info stuff under the domain
info.com and perhaps should put other things--like ClientExec,
phpAdsNew, etc., under zinfo.com

I will be billing for business directory listings and ads, and I might
add hosting in the near future. It would be a natural complement to
business listings.

So, when someone buys something, they would be send to zinfo.com to
make the purchase or set up the billing. The benefit is segregation of
files by function, and the disadvantage is clients are sent to a
separate site to pay.

I would appreciate the benefit of your thoughts as to whether setting
things up this way is a good idea or not and why and what problems I
might encounter either way.

I wouldn't keep billing software on a shared server.  You shoujld keep it on
a private server.
