I exceeded my bandwidth on my host for the month.

I then changed the name servers and uploaded the file to my other

For some reason it still shows the white screen "bandwidth

I looked up whois and it shows my correct name servers.

How long does it usually take to make things right?

Also, does the other host have to change something on their end? I
can't access cpanel on the old host anymore.

Any help would be appreciated.

anywhere from 15 mins to 3 days

note that the time is different in different places in the world. try
asking somebody elsewhere like halfway around the world to see whether
the problem is because of you or not.

Your ISP ( probably has the page cached and it'll take a
while for that to clear. You can try accessing the page using a proxy
server like to see what everyone else is seeing.
