All US based. Given the original parameters I have recommended to the client
to scratch the "live" part of the webcast and to provide an on demand
archived version only (for approx 30 days) with the option to purchase a
copy burnt to CD or DVD.

I ended up more concerned about bandwidth at the user end than the server
end - last mile stuff you know.  There are reasons to believe that the
targeted audience will be of a higher percentage of rural, and therefore
slow connections. A full TB of transfer can be had for less than a grand
these days, so server bandwidth was not looking to be the limiting factor
for the project.
