I reported a problem with the Earthlink installation of MIVA to
Earthlink in September.
They promised to send me a Ticket # for the problem, which they did not
do, so I contacted them twice about it and got it nearly two weeks
The MIVA Export Product feature was not exporting properly and they
confirmed that it was something that needed attention from one of their
engineers. Then I heard nothing for a week.
So I contacted them to find out the status, and they tried to act like
I was calling on a NEW problem and wanted me to call their technical
support people and reexplain the problem.
Time for a new Web Host. Any suggestions?
