Text Resizing not working in IE

Threaded View

Hi group - I'm changing all the left hand navigation images to text to
make the navigation accessible to visually impaired.

When I do the View --> Text Size --> size in Netscape all works well.
However - nothing changes in Internet Explorer.

Can you take a look ?
The bottom menu is the text.

Here is div I am using :
<div id="button">
        <li><a href="#"><img border="0"

and the stylesheet (button is defined at the bottom of the stylesheet)

Any ideas !? Thanks!

All the font sizes are specified in pixels. Internet Explorer 6- doesn't
support resizing font sizes that are specified this way. Rewrite your
style sheet so that font sizes are in 'em' or '%', then everything will
work just fine.

Filling in the final steps:   :-)

body { font-size: 100%; ... }

which is your visitor's default size - the one they prefer.

Don't use Verdana.

..and the C of CSS is Cascading, so you do not need to re-specify the
fonts and sizes all over your style sheet. Do it once in the body, and
only elsewhere if it needs to be different.
