client, other than a verbal agreement that we will host and maintain the
site for a fixed monthly fee. The client pays their invoice promptly.
Without going into detail, the client has become a real pita, and we want to
terminate our relationship with it.
The client has never asked for, nor have we supplied it with a copy of their
site, either electronically or on CD.
Aside from moral issues, what is our obligation to supply the client with a
current copy of its site when we give it notice of termination?

It really doesn't matter what the legal issues are. The ethical thing
to do would be to give them a copy of their site on CD and recommend
