Stupid iCal files

I have an events calendar which I am trying to export as ICS file for
importing into Outlook and iCal etc.  This is fine - appears to work.

The ICS file in question (generated each time events are updated) is at

I seem to be hitting a brick wall though when trying to subscribe to
said ICS file (using webcal://) - what happens, is it only shows the
last entry in the ICS file when imported into the calendar app.  If you
download the ICS file and manually import it all the events are shown
(which won't update - which is what I am after).  What's going on?  Do I
need to do something special when outputting the content to the ICS file
or is this a server behaviour?

Server is IIS6.

Any web resources on this - I seem to be drawing a blank at google.

A few things:

1)    Outlook only supports one entry per iCal file.

2)    Outlook doesn't support importing recurring events in iCal format

3)    Times in the iCal file for one time events must be
    GMT for outlook to cope.

4)    iCal is so complicated that most apps do it wrong. Heres a link to our
