I really need someone to walk me through the sitemap
You can make your explanations short ... but please
make them simple and direct. LOL. I am very simple
1) direct me to a good (free) sitemap maker.
2) after I make my sitemap - how do I save and upload

3) exactly how do I tell google how to find my sitemap,
and how many times may I submit my sitemap to

giving you a bit of code to add to your index page.
Check back from time to time. Google will validate your sitemap in due
There is no need to repeat the process.
That I can't tell you.
