So I launched my site only about 2 months ago and I am nailing my
keywords.. Traffic is picking up and I have even got some new customers. So
far I have only focused on a few key words and been able to rock google on
page 1.
My question for the group is my page rank is a big fat zero. Is this going
to hurt me in the long run? Is it something I should focus on?
I would like to hear about others experiences.

It can be quite a long time between google page rank updates - what you see
on the google toolbar is the public pagerank which is ages behind what
google use internally. So if you are getting visitors and are top for your
chosen keywords then don't worry about it.

FYI according to there hasn't
been a pagerank update since Feb 2008.

Hey Mark,
I wouldn't worry about pagerank too much.  Its cool to be able to see
your site going up in pagerank, but its just an secondary indicator of
what google thinks of your page.  The primary indicator is always
where you sit in the serps, and how much traffic you are getting, not
whether you have pagerank or not.  So, if you are doing well in serps,
and getting traffic, then don't worry about pagerank.
