I know they're the official host for joomla.org, but I also notice that
opinions of them all all over the map -- some customers love them,
others revile them. Does anyone have information about using Rochen, or
other similar hosts?
To give some context, I am comfortable installing and configuring Joomla
myself. I'm not seeking an allegedly newbie-friendly host who will put
me in a straitjacket and then hold my hand. Rather, I want a host who is
accustomed to clients running Joomla on their kit and can respond
knowledgeably to well-formed support requests related to Joomla. Nor am
I seeking the cut price king. I've tried cheap hosts and I've learned my
