solutions such as php/MySQL , SharePoint, ASP.NET, IBM WebSphere
In our company we are running Oracle DB 9i, We are planning to extract
data in proper way in a secure way to give our enterprise customer to

Yep. Collect all the information you have and remove every single
buzzword, all the jargon, all the marketing speak, every single sales
pitch and any vague generalisations. Use the remaining two or three words
to decide what you need.

Out of Scope
Without knowing a lot of details about your project, your skill set, your
resources and your goals, it's impossible for anyone to make any good
Questions such as you're asking generally require days or weeks (depending on
the scope) of investigation before someone else can tell you what you need. If
you need assistance in coming up with the answers, I'd suggest you hire a
consultant to help you out. After all, you can't be expected to be an expert in
everything, and that's what consultants are for.
