Whichever camera you choose, I'd be inclined to steer well clear of PC
They have brilliant prices on DSLRs at the moment, but my experience there
today really pissed me off.
I was looking at the Nikon D40x, the new 10mp version of the D40.
I lifted it off the shelf to get a feel for it, check out the viewfinder
etc...It was attached to one of those alarm cable things.
Well, the alarm went off...
Nothing too uncommon, as those systems are nearly always set on a hair
trigger. So I stood around waiting for a member of staff to come and switch
it off, so I could continue to check out the camera and maybe ask a few
questions too.
But a spotty, greasy haired 15 year old in a PCWorld shirt came rushing up
to me and tried to tell me off for setting off the alarm, insinuating that I
was trying to steal things.

Why people still shop at PCWorld is a huge mystery to me.
