What's the level of acceptance these days for persistant cookies? If
someone has these turned off, does a temp cookie get written in it's
place (assuming those are allowed) instead.
I've noticed no problems with people having turned off temp cookies,
but am working on an elearning project where repeated logins over time
might be possible. A perfect candidate for persistance. I've noticed
that if people are forced to remember their logins that some won't!
