I am having some trouble installing the latest percussion cm1, v 2.1, on a
Windows 2008 R2. The install goes well, however when I try to connect to it
from the browser I get the following error:
HTTP Status 404 - /Rhythmyx/login
 type Status report
 message /Rhythmyx/login
description The requested resource (/Rhythmyx/login) is not available.
Setup, and setdts. There were two other zipped folders in the package that
I did not do anything with since the procedures did not mention anything ab
out them. They are still in zipped format.
I followed the procedures here:
And port 9992 is used by java. I think that looks right. Am I having a port
 conflict issue?
I did look at my server.log file, and do see the message:

“ : Error connecting to server localhost on port
1527 with message Connection refused: connect.”

I followed this thread also, and did every fix suggested here:

Is there anything else I need to look at? I have reset percussion server a
number of times and ensured that no other java process is running.
