Part 2 - Comment spam clearing house project?

After repeatedly Googling the subject, and my post here, I've come to the
conclusion that what's really needed is some sort of clearinghouse for
comment spam.

I was unable to find anyone who is simply giving a list in CSV/ SQL/
whatever that would freely integrate into any blog/ guestbook system.
There's a lot out there that people can plug in to already-existing blogs
like Movable Type.

What's needed is something more flexible. I'm thinking a special site whose
purpose is solely to collect spamvertized URLs.  The site would also do
these things:
* Allow downloads in CSV, SQL, and XML of up-to-date versions of the list
* Allow people to use CURL during validation of their form for a more
accurate response
* Allow blog authors to register on the site to add spamvertized URLs
* Provide code snippets developers can use to integrate the validation into
their forms.

If anyone's interested in helping on this, give me a shout.
