Every so often, when I select an already-open FireFox window the
PC appears to freeze.
It's not really frozen, but FireFox is not responding.
TaskMan shows 25% CPU usage for FireFox's process.
Eventually (after a few minutes...) it comes back to normal,
which seems tb 4-6% CPU usage.
Adblock Plus, Garmin Communicator, gTranslate, Java Quick
Starter, Tab Mix Plus, Xmarks.
Can anybody suggest an explaination?
Re: OT? FireFox 25% CPU?
Oh, that's nothing, Firefox is now and then able to go to 90+% here
(Ubuntu) in which case I can hear the fan(s) speed up of my computer.
Follow Red's advice, it's solid. But it might be that it's really
Firefox self. I've the feeling that it's more sluggish on my (faster) PC.
