- news.individual.net -- anyone use them?

This might be abit OT, but just curious if anyone uses
news.individual.net (NIN). It's a newsgroup service based in Germany,
and though I'm in the US, I'd assume it'd work just as well via the
Internet. It's only 10eu, or about $14/year, which isn't bad, plus
they block all the pr0n and binary groups, which again works for me.
Any comments? I'll continue to use Google Groups for research since I
can search all groups going back 20+ years very quickly... but for my
day to day posts, I'd like to use a news reader program instead.
Re: news.individual.net -- anyone use them?
I'm in the US and started using news.individual.net several years ago
when it was free. When they switched to a paid service, I didn't
hesitate to sign up. It's more reliable than the news servers of any ISP
I've ever had, and I've been through a lot of them, both local and national.
