I have a domain and someone...looks like Russians... are sending out
bulk emails pimping an online Russian dating/bride service.

The sending address has my .com address in it.

I am getting 100s of bounces sent to me but I would assume a lot are
getting through and that hurts me on a business level.

How can I stop them from doing that?

Not easily. Google for "joe job" for more information.

There are techniques intended to minimise the effect of sender adress
forging, such as SPF and DKIM, but they're not yet widely adopted and, in
any case, have drawbacks of their own.
