I am building up a template for a new site and wanted to make it all
'fluid' something like:
<-- ---------header--------- -->
<-left-> <-breadcumbs-> <-right column->
<-- ---------footer--------- -->
I have this working well, but am having issues with the following css
code not working on Netscape and Mozilla
<a stl:if="is_allowed_to_edit" href="$">Switch</a>
So the footer is always rooted to the bottom of the page - it works
well on Firefox, Safari and IE* not fully tested, but have seen it
Is there a better way to get the desired result of having the footer
always rooted to the bottom of the page?
