rendering engines in one browser. Each tab can be individually set so
you can view your site literally side by side within the same browser.
I installed and starting playing with it, seems like a useful tool until
I noticed it locked up my computer. Restarted the computer, tried
Lunascape again, after 20 minutes, locked up again. On the third try, I
noticed that with three tabs open in three different engines, my ram
usage for Lunascape alone went from 48mb to 210mb in 20 minutes and
total processor usage was at 80 - 90%. Although I have an AMD 3200 with
2 gb of ram, it stopped me cold.
I like the idea, but I think it needs some more work.
Does anyone know of any other browser that offers the three in one?
Firefox has the IE tab, but I just use MT Browser
[http://minitutorials.com/apps/mtbrowser /]. It allows you to choose a
page, and open several browsers at the same time. It's not a system hog,
because the browsers themselves are opening.
