Looking for a htaccess fix...

I have a link directory that I am switching to a different software package.
The old one, by default, used undrescores to separate words in search engine
friendly URLs. The new one uses hyphens, which seem better according to some
things I've read. I'd prefer to use hyphens, but don't want all my
reciprocal links giving 404s.

Is there something I can put in htaccess so that when someone tries to go to

it automatically takes them to
www.url.com/directory-name-here ?
