Got a client that wants to host 5 or 6 domains, probably on a single
database (lamp, linux apache). None of the sites will use much in bandwidth.
At one time I would have sent him to affordablehost.com, but I see
that Tina is no longer there and the quality has plummeted.
What's being recommended? Doesn't have to be the cheapest, but
reasonable and decent service. The bigger accounts I take to Rackspace,
but that is far from cheap!

I've been quite impressed with Dreamhost - the only problem I've seen
so far is that ftp/rsync transfer to the server can be a bit slow
during busy periods, but otherwise it's all worked perfcetly well and
their tech support was very responsive when I needed to ask questions.
http://www.dreamhost.com/r.cgi?281831 is a link with my affiliate ID
in it, which will earn me a few dollars if you choose to use it in
order to set up an account, but I'd recommend them even without that
so feel free to chop it down to the domain if you prefer.
