You will need to log-in to the administrator area and do it that way.
You should find the admin area by going to the main URL of your site
which I presume in this case would be a local directory and add /
administrator to the end of the URL it should bring up the log-in
screen and once you are in you should find the templates option.
You might / will need to know some PHP to edit / customise anything in
the software though as it works off PHP includes for the output.
