Do you mean 'loaded' as in 'installed'?
ImageMagik is a binary program, so it is not trivial or even impossible to
install, if you don't have shell access to the server.
If you know the OS of the server, you may find pre-build packages of
ImageMagik for this OS and you could upload the binaries to the server. If
the server OS is a UNIX or Linux, be sure that the permission bits are
correct - the x (executable) bit has to be set. You probably also have to
know the absolute path of the uploaded binaries, so the software that want
to invoke it can find it.
