I wonder if Microsoft can easily 'inject' IE7. Longhorn will be a poor
seller on the face of it. No reason to upgrade without the main 3 pillars.
What;s more, the lifetime of existing machine is longer than ever before so
no pre-installed O/S (Mac OS X on the Intel machines too?). I don't think
Firefox users will bother upgrading IE having got accustomed to it. The
best Microsoft can do is put a stop to their decline.
