- IE CSS issues?

Hi, all, I am having some trouble with two things rendering in IE. The
site is created in Drupal, and is currently in maintenance mode, but
the two errors show up on the login page which is accessible in offline
mode. Neither of these errors occurs in Firefox 1.5 (IE or Mac) or
Safari. I haven't gotten beyond that in testing. The url is
1) Menus: The "primary" (top right) and "secondary" (bottom of header
just right of flower) links lists are supposed to have double border
all the way around. I tried futzing with the margins, padding, and line
height. Other than that, I'm pretty much lost.
2) There is a login form on that page. You can see it if you use
Firefox, and in IE, if you press tab once, you will see the cursor show
up, so I know the form is there, just in the wrong place and underneath
the header. I set the z-index on #main to a high number, and it still
didn't show up even on top.
If anyone can shed any light on what the hell IE is doing to bork my
page, I would greatly appreciate it.
Re: IE CSS issues?
Common problem (see the other thread on the IE issue). Where and
how are you setting the positioning of that element?
I am running IE6 in WINE. No problem here.
