I have a couple of original MIDI files on a website I look after and I
wonder if it would be possible to make them available as mobile phone
Of course users could download with their browser and make their own
arrangements but how could I make it possible for users of WAP-enabled
phones to access them directly? I would make a special section i.e.
http://www.website.com/wap/ - but do I just use "normal" HTML or is there
A google search for things like WAP, HTML and the like just brings up
adverts and nothing useful.

Just a thought: not all cell phones use WAP. My phone can do either
WAP or GPRS. With GPRS I surf regular sites - but I have no idea about
downloading ringtones. I do know that when paying for ringtones via a
website, every type of phone needs a different ringtone file. But
those files are sent via SMS. No idea about downloadable from a site.
If you make a small midi file and upload it somewhere on a small page,
I'll try if I can get my phone to download it over GPRS.
