Right now I have a htaccess redirecting all my parked domains to one of my

Not sure if you can do that with just one htaccess file.

If you have access to the apache config that would be my prefered place to
define such rules.

Failing that, writing a script to manage the 301 is fairly trivial in most
commonly available server side languages.

If you have mod_rewrite available, you could do the following:

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond % ^(www\.)?mydomain1\.com$
RewriteRule .*
RewriteCond % ^(www\.)?mydomain2\.com$
RewriteRule .*

... and so forth ...

There propably a way to do it so that you don't have to type in all the
domain names, but couldn't think of that quickly.

Disclaimer: not tested! More info on mod_rewrite:
