Scraped from other listings websites, or parsed from something like a
Digiguide subscription, I would expect. There are no freely available
RSS/XML/Atom/whatever feeds that contain a full listing of all
available TV channels in the UK, because some of the channels charge a
fee for the right to republish their schdules.
If you just want a subset of channels, consisting of the ones that are
freely available, then http://www.bleb.org/tv/ has the data in XML
format for download. Note, however, that ITV charge for the right to
publish their schedules, so the standard data from bleb.org doesn't
include it and, while it can still be obtained, you aren't legally
able to re-use it on your own website without paying for the right to
