some programming problem.
I have a page index.php which is used to add and modify announcements.
Announcements are stored in MySQL table. The page index.php contains <form>
used to add or modify announcements. The <form> contains some <input>s,
<select>s, <textarea>s and <input type="submit"> button (for submitting new
announcements or modifying announcements. Finally, the <form> contains
<input type="hidden"> for announcement number (primary key).
My problem is that I don't know how to implement the following

the user presses the button a new pop-up browser window shoould be opened
with a list (<table>) of announcements submitted so far by the current
user. The user should have a chance to select single announcement and then

Popup blockers are pervasive, although a user initiated popup is usually
allowed, popups are generally bad ideas. From what I can tell, there is
little reason for you to need to use a popup. That information could be
just as easily embedded in the page when it was loaded.
