   In Firefox if you mousedown on an image, you can move it around. Why
does it do that?

In any case, FF doesn't really allow you to drag the image around.
That is, the image doesn't move away from its original position on the
page. All it's doing is locking a faded version of the image to the
cursor so that you know which image you're dragging.
