Everybody already knows how to use a search engine to find the products
they want. The only way you can make money with affiliate links is to
offer people something of value that will draw traffic to your site and
inspire people to click on your advertising.

One thing of value that you can give people is information. Give them
more extensive information about the products or how they are used than
the sites you are linking to. You have a "Baby Department" so you can
also give some general (and useful) information about babies. This has
the added advantage of making your site keyword rich and that'll help it
place higher in the search engine rankings.

This won't be easy for you because at the moment your site has no focus.
You should seek to serve a niche market, where there is less competition
and where you can provide valuable information that people can't get
elsewhere. The advertising you use on your site has to compliment the
content of your site.

There is no "If you build it, they will come" with web sites. It should
be "If you provide useful content, they will come."
