I do some admin work for the University of Toronto Engineering Society
(http://skule.ca ). We've got our own, local server running WHM 10.8.0
cPanel 10.8.1-S31 / Fedora i686 - WHM X v3.1.0.

Currently the main website is handled by a single account for
"skule.ca", and clubs are given accounts in WHM with some subdomain.
For example we gave the Engineering Science Club
http://engsci.skule.ca .

The account handling skule.ca seems to be able to add e-mail
forwarders, mailing lists etc. for all *.skule.ca subdomains, DESPITE
the fact that those are owned by separate accounts in WHM, and NOT
created as subdomains via the cPanel at skule.ca

My question is: can this be prevented/disabled or the accounts hidden?
There are numerous clubs, and having to sort through all their
forwarders and mailing lists in order to see those that REALLY pertain
to the main account is time consuming and annoying.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

Though you set them is WHM, they're still setup as Subs from the main, they
just get their own cPanel control.
