I have a domain registered in the name of a celebrity.
I have no 'official' relationship with the celebrity or their

- It is a (registered April 2006)
- It is clear it is an unofficial site
- It promotes the celebrity in a positive way.
- It has no adverts
- It has some affiliate links

If the celebrity wanted to take control of the domain, is it likely I
would need to give it back?

Unless the celebrity in question has registered their name as a
trademark, then it's unlikely that a DRS complaint would result in a
decision to transfer the domain away from you. But if they have
registered it as a trademark (or do so before commencing action under
the DRS), then you will almost certainly lose the domain if they

but they arent on there.
Hope they dont register a trademark just to get the domain.

Is there a URL quoting the requirements to win back a domain?
