I found out I typed in the wrong account number for my cj account hence the
payment was returned, I have since amended the account number but have
noticed that the middle of the month has passed and the payment has not been
resent, does anyone know the procedure for cj to send out a payment when a
wrong account number has been placed? and then corrected? does it continue
in the next payment cycle? or is a check sent out?

Glad you found out why you hadn't been paid. I don't know whether CJ pay
everyone at the same time or if they pay different people at different times
of the month. In my case the last payment was 16-June, so if you corrected
your bank details on or after that date then you may have missed their
payment cycle for this month.
As Jerry said, its worth asking them.
