themselves and thus need a CMS. I have one such client now, and what I
was going to set up for them (Open-Realty UMP + CMS Realty + Joomla)
isn't going to work, leaving me stumped. Can anyone recommend a CMS that
might meet the following needs?
The client is an association of Realtors. Member Realtors will have
backend access to edit their professional profiles and add property
listings. Some members speak only Spanish, others only English, so the
backend needs to be multilingual. While some content will be translated
into both languages, much never will be, so the CMS needs to handle this
The CMS needs a registered users-only section, events calendar, and the
other bells and whistles that typically come with a CMS.
All suggestions welcome.

I personally use bluehost as a provider and phpwebsite as a cms.
Bluehost offers many cms packages including Open-Realty. I believe I
set this up on a co-workers webpage (she was a part time realtor) as the
functionality was what she wanted. I believe all CMS packages have logon
Many of the offered CMS packages have different modules for calendaring,
FAQs, announcements, and other functions.
There are other providers that offer as many or more packages.
