- Best hosting package for my needs?

Apologies if this kind of question gets asked over and over again:
For a website I'm planning to release in a month or so, I'm looking for
the 'perfect' hosting package. These are my requirements:
OS: preferably FreeBSD but any other UNIX/Linux variant will do.
As I'm developing my application in REBOL, I probably need root access in
order to install the interpreter, right? If some sysadmin would be inclined
to install it for me, that's fine, too. I don't care about PHP, SQL or even
Apache, as my app will have it's own embedded webserver and DB-engine.
Location: I live in the Netherlands but I suppose it doesn't really matter
where my hosting provider is located?
Capacity (bandwidth, mem, disk, processor): this really depends on how
popular my site will become: the app itself is very light-weight. I would
like to start small with the possibility to upgrade easily and quickly.
Service: at least hardware monitoring and automatic daily backups.
Price: At this point I'm willing to pay around 30 EUR or 45 US$ per month.
I hope someone could point me in the right direction as there are simply too
many hosting providers out there to investigate even some of them :-/
Re: Best hosting package for my needs?
I think you've successfully distinguished your question, there, from the
typical Suggest-a-Host queries seen in here, that you allude to in your
first paragraph. :)
