Anyone else noticed the ludicrous UK-2 hosting TOS ?

UK-2 Ltd will exercise no control whatsoever over, nor have any
responsibility or liability whatsoever for, the content of the
information passing through its network. UK-2 Ltd shall make no effort
to validate any information passing through its network for content,
correctness, usability or for any other reason.

which is later contradicted by

General Conduct

1. Customers are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of
UK-2 Ltd' services, any material that is, in UK-2 Ltd' sole
discretion, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, or encourages
conduct that would constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil
liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or
international law, statute or regulation.

But the real killer, apart from being illegal under UK trading law is:

"UK-2 Ltd specifically disclaims all warranties of any kind,
including, without limitation, the warranty of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, whether expressed or implied, for
the Service it is offering or providing hereunder."

One wonders what sort of idiot would agree to a contract where the
contract says "you pay us and we might provide you with a service, but
then we might not depending upon how we feel"

Woe to him that willfully innovates, while ignorant of the constant.

Sadly, does anyone even have a choice? This reads like the "standard
nonsense" that has become boilerplate for just about any contract.
Finding a host without a ludicrous TOS might take some time. I'm not
sure which is worse... the idiocy of the TOS, or the fact that the
idiocy is motivated by the eagerness of people to sue first & ask
questions later.
