Quite a number of the regulars here don't operate in the
advert-supported website realm, and as such are not very keen on such

and I use Valueclick (or rather Fastclick which were absorbed) and
also to a lesser extent Google's Adsense. Note however, that one is
forbidden under Google's terms and conditions to reveal anything
significant about their Adsense program.
For banner exchanges, you could do a lot worse than use
showyoursite.com, which has now introduced tiers of censorship so that
publishers can restrict displayed banners to those suitable for
different age groups, ranging from the restrictive family friendly
only, through to anything goes including adult content.
